Sorry but I have no answer on complicated internal medical problems - lichen schlerosus et atrophicus (LSA also called balanitis) is a very common problem, it is not easy for me to believe that this could cause blood in the urine ... if it is any help, the normal forms of LSA and balanitis are described on:
