very sorry such a long wait on your reply, ...ach well I do my best and no more apologies.

Your experience sounds particularly traumatic ... fainting due to blood loss, ... the only sympathetic words I can offer is that Dr. Quenu reported blood loss when the frenulum ripped could result in death ...

The main problem is this present infection ... even the best descriptions of an infection cannot be diagnosed through letters ... I could guess its related to balanitis . but even here it seems to excede the usual descriptions.

I must ask you to go to a doctor and an urologist will be necessary ... I suggest the ripping of the frenulum is not the relevant point here, but simply the first exposure of the glans which had previously not been exposed, and was thus extra sensitive , and it seems you have picked up an infection, and it needs treatment, .... so please pluck up your courage - maybe (are you in the UK?) ringing up the hospital direct to the Urology department rather than getting a referal from your GP would be less emarrassing and quicker
