Frenuloplasty

Hey,
I'm due for a Frenuloplasty soon and I'm v.anxious about it. I'm 34 and I've enjoyed a full sex life with little discomfort - but it recently ripped and after seeing the urologist, he reccomended the above. I agree too as right now I'm sore after intercourse.
I'm afraid that I will loose sensation, be unpleasantly scarred and that if the operation is not a success, then I may face the terror of a circumcission in later life. Please help!!
