The same happened to me when I was young. I'm sure that the 7$ creme works, but you can solve your problem for free. Twice o three times a day pull down your foreskin as much as you can. If you do it every day you'll be able to see your head in a week (sorry I could't find another words to express it better, I'm a spanish-talking guy)
