My foreskin 5 weeks after surgery

I am satisfied with the surgery and the stitches gone. Most of the foreskin is still there and I have no problems to masturbate. But some parts of my inner foreskin is still hard with scars from the stitches and it hurts when I touch it.
So I cant masturbate the way I want without some pain.
Also Im waiting for the glans to be less sensitive since I had pinhole phimosis but this will take a few months I guess.
