As far as the infections, you need to both abstain from sexual relations until BOTH of you are free of any kind of infection or all you're going to do is keep passing it back and forth.

As for your tight spot on your foreskin, you might try pure vitsmin E oil as that helps healing and then a really good moisturizing lotion like Eucerin. I use it all the time and it keeps my foreskin from getting those tiny splits that are hell to get to heal.

Yes, balanoposthitis can cause damage to the inside lining of your foreskin, especially if you keep retracting it causing splits in the skin. Once they heal, they form scar tissue, enough of this and you can get tightness that wasn't there previously.
