Written by CJ at 26 Sep 2000 23:59:26:i have torn the skin between my penis head and and shaft when the foreskin is withdrawn this puts strain on the artery coming to the head on the underside of my penis do you understand i can still get an erection but when it it erect the foreskin wont come all the way back now withou there being lots of strain on this artery does anyone know what i mean can you help?
