As someone who as cut to cure his phimosis I can testify that circumcision is an entirely appropriate treatment for phimosis. We are not all lucky enough to have the option of a steroid cream as a cure. Full circumcision and cream being only 2 of a range of cures available for this sometimes distressing condition.

To cut or not to cut is ALWAYS the question !!
