You coukd do what some other people have done whitch is pull foreskin out over past the tip and just try to get your fingers in the hole and slowly strech it . He's not screwed. Get a prescription for "betamethasone .05%" creme and apply it once per day to the outside of your foreskin from the opening tip to about mid glans (mid head). It'll be retractable in about 6-8 weeks.
