My Penis hurts....

Once and a while (at least once a day sometimes more) my penis (not the testicules) will get an irritating pain that will last between 5-10 mins.
When this happens , I take a leek hoping it will go away..
Most times it does...
Do you have any clue whats wrong with me?
Please dont mess with me,I'm pretty worried....
