I've been married for 13 years and I masturbate at least once a day. I've been masturbating since I was 12 years old and think it is a healthy release of sperm. Both of my sons are also uncircumcised and when they've reached puberty and they start asking questions, I do not plan to try to discourage them from masturbating either.
