I reckon such conditions should be monitored before puberty. With an op at 24 youve probably got quite a few uncomfortable "frenular experiences" behind you. Such experiences are very valuable to show clearly the importance of early monitoring, so that the next generation doesnt need to suffer like we have.
So wot Im sayin is if youve any juicy embarrassing tales then Im all ears.
