I now have a fine collection of pictures, I also have the entire
thread from the forum - I will have to take it home and promise an
answer next week.
My feeling is that this IS frenulum breve, your frenulum IS attatched
very far forward up on the glans - I believe this is constraining the
foreskin.
Also only in one picture do I notice anything resembling phimotic
ring.
And also in one picture it seems I can see stitch marks as though you
have had a partial circumcision at some stage ??? this seems confirmed
by the overall length of your foreskin - so I must admit you have
confused me :) :)
please just relax -- and let me try and make sense of it during the
week (it may be on Thursday next week) - I cant promise any results but I
will TRY to understand what you are explaining.
