Well a frenuloplasty (sometimes called frenoplasty) can be performed by a urologist or a surgeon, I would suggest you try and see a surgeon just because they have more general practice with surgery ... (whereas urologists are mostly trained in internal functions like the bowells urinary problems etc.)

Hummmmm and then in the UK you can look forward to some wonderful waiting lists on the old NHS - I now live in Germany where any surgeon will get this done within two weeks - so either you can book up a holiday in Germany - or in the UK you can pay for it privately but that will cost around 800 quid - so I suggest you get along to your local GP and get a referral for a surgeon and then make a visit to your local hospital and hope the queues are short
