Hello,

If youre in the Uk the torment has only just begun!! asking for a minimal circumcision - youll be lucky - waiting lists on the NHS for "non-emergancy" problems .. (well you try persuading them its an emergancy, youve had it all your life!) ... my Dad has to wait 3 months for a pacemaker ... and then you want to ask them to do something special ... you must be a brave man. :)

So you are another person to get my latest recommendation of finding a Jewish doctor, if you want respectful treatment and a partial circumcision, please check out my answer to the first letter on this forum for further info. on this.

If youve had the phimotic ring all your life, then it might be of the sort which stretches ... go to
www.male-initiation.net/phimosis.html
and give yourself a diagnosis, maybe you could work something with stretching and betamethasone05 .. which is surely available online, and as "they" get money for it, youll get it a lot quicker than through the dear old NHS.

cheers
Robin
