Hi Rob,

I'm a virgin and going to get married soon so I realized that this might be a problem when I have intercourse with my wife in the future. It is not a norm in country to be a virgin , but most males in my country are circumcised because the majority are muslims (i'm not muslim ... virgin because of my own personal choice). I guess they take off the frenulum off when they circumise.

Yes i believe its te frenulum with maybe a slight tighness at the phimotic ring because when erected I found there is a slight resistence in the ring when going over half the penis head. So what sort of doctor do I see for this operation? You suggested a surgeon, what sort of surgeon? Is there a specialist name for penis surgeons haha.

I'm only afraid they may not be experience in doing such an operation here because they used to muslim circumcisions and they may just lobe off my whole foreskin the process haha.
