Hi There,
Firstly I feel it important to stress to you how dangerous it can be to force your foreskin behind the glands when you have a particularly tight foreskin. I recall my surgeon telling me not to do it since if you are unable to return the foreskin to the forward position the restriction caused by the tight foreskin may lead to the blood supply being cut off and a possibility of further complications caused by that. I am not sure whether you will find it pleasurable to have sex without your foreskin retracted since intercourse may yank the foreskin over the gland causing possible tearing of the foreskin and probable pain. It depends really on how tight the foreskin is and of course how tight the penetration is which can be greatly affected by how much lubrication is used. If you have an understanding partner then why not give it a go but just be gentle. As for working on loosening your foreskin yourself, I have no experience of that since my foreskin was too tight to contemplate self help although I believe that the method you are employing is greatly aiding by the use of steroids, I suggest speaking to your GP. It sounds as though that may be an option for you since the foreskin can be retracted, an alternative could be a partial circumcision. Good Luck.

Nick
