Hi, i'm 16 years old and never really was educated in circumsized/uncircumsized males/male hygene. Anyways, the past is the past. Here's my problem:
I cannot retract the foreksin back over the head of my penis. And if i pull it partially back so some of it is exposed, the head of my penis feels very "raw" and sensitive. It hurts if i touch it - kinda like if you scrape the top layer of your skin off and you touch the soft layer of skin under it. Please tell me if you want anything cleared up. Thanks
