There must be hundreds of different ways to operate a phimotic ring. The straight dorsal slit is very practical, however a percentage of the men who have it done arent happy with the cosmetic result. The idea of doing 5 mini slits and then rounding them off seems quite a sensible alternative.
It sounds as though your urologist has at least considered the alternatives a litle bit more than yer average urologist.
So, mainly I wish you good luck, if you remember the name of the op. Id be interested, and also Id be interested if you were happy with the results after getting it done.
