Hello Heather,
To decide on an operation is certainly the easiest with BXO or LSA (both are the same illness) ... and its far simpler than experimenting with steroids which have only recently started being tested.

To find a doctor who performs partial circumcision I am advising to try and find a Jewish doctor who are practiced with this form of circumcision .. please see my answer to the first question on this forum, for further details on this.
