basicly steroids (in my experience) will not work with a secondary
ring ... now you could experiment (and please report results), but from
what I know a secondary ring just becomes tighter and tighter over
time ... my suggestion is to use your time while you are still half way
relaxed and try and find a doc who can give you a partial circumcision
