Diagnosis needed

Hi Robin,

I am a 42 year old male who only realised in the last 10 years or so that I even had a condition that was different to the norm! I had never even tried to retract the foreskin before. Anyway, when I try to retract the foreskin, it is prevented from doing so by a small piece of skin attached from the top of the foreskin to the glans. When I try to retract in a flaccid state, the piece of skin can be stretched to a point just above and slightly to the right of the urine outlet hole as I look at it. In an erect state, I can't even get that far, althought erections aren't painful.

Please could you give me an idea of what this could be, and how to deal with it.

Thanks

Stuart
