Indeed, do consider yourself lucky. Consider that your fellow's situation can at least be corrected to give him normal mobility of the foreskin, whereas were he to be circumcised, you would have the same friction problem - and worse - but a far more difficult process (if indeed at all) to achieve normal movement of the foreskin (i.e., no foreskin, no movement).

The trick is to find the necessary information - you need to use the right Google search to find information on stretching - how to make it work reliably, and how to manage the problems along the way!
