Hi Jeff,

How silly that a dermatologist wouldnt prescribe betamethasone!

One would imagine that the stronger beta .5% is the best, otherwise I suppose you could always use 10 times the amount of the .05% ... more recent studies show the effectiveness of Clobetasol Propiate - So - as far as I know these two would both work well.

If yours is a relative phimosis and hopefully primary (ie not caused by LSA etc.) then it shouldnt take so long to stretch, and have you tried it in the shower etc.? please see www.male-initiation.net/phimosis/stretching.html as this gives various good ideas.

Also there must be an online seller for steroids, but as yet I dont know where. So, if you find out, please tell us.

Tell us how you get on, and really I suggest starting stretching just by hand :) and using old fashioned methods, ... it might all be done in a couple of weeks, and you can always go to the docs afterwards if later you feel it needs help from steroids.

Cheers
Rob
