Varicosity on the foreskin?

Hello,

When I'm masturbating for a(relatively!)long time, a vein behind the head of my
penis start to swell and make a "ring"(sligthy hard at touch,a bit like rubber)
just behind the glan.It usually disappears within the next hour but I'm worried...
What is it? A trombosed vein?A blood clot ?Is it superficial(skin) or is it deeper?
Can it be "cured"?

Any information is welcome.
