Pain on touching the Glans

Hi I have had this problem for a very long time, there is a stiff pain on touching the glans, which is a stinging pain, it happens only when the foreskin is forcibly retracted. I have a tight foreskin and bcoz of the pain find it tough to have intercourse. Advise!!!
