My Dave is progressing OK with the betamethasone 0.05% - it's been a couple of weeks, and he *thinks* it has made a difference, but it's still not fully retractable. Also - problem - he has a tear which I didn't pick up, which developed a couple of years back as well. It stings when he passes water. This could, of course, complicate matters, as the scarring can tighten the phimotic ring.

We'll press on. It may be time for us to start talking partial circs, Robin, as you say. I hope not, though.
