confused .. questions

sorry if i sound ignorant , but help please:
i have been suffering from phimosis for a long time now, but through stretching
and betamethasone i have been able to bring down my foreskin quite a bit ..
its at this point that i've noticed things, on my glans there seems to be
some little veins on one spot, while the rest of the glans has none
- is this normal ?
also, i have never seen a "normal" penis .. i have noticed that my foreskin is
attached by a little 'strand' of skin to the underside of the glans - is
this normal as well ? I apologize once again for sounding stupid, but I
truly don't know.
