What is considered a tight foreskin? What is normal and what is tight? How tight is tight?

My foreskin goes back "all the way" when it is limp. When that good 'ol erection comes up to visit I have to pull quite hard to get it all the way back. Without pulling back it goes back a little bit so that the tip of my penis is exposed?

Should I be worried that it doesn't go "all the way back"?
