I'm an 18 year old man and suffer from the problem where my forskin does not fully retract over the end of my penis. I have been under the impression that my forskin will evntually retract in due coarse, but am still waiting. is this true? The skin that between my forskin and my "end" is quite tight and looks very stretched when my penis is fully erect, why is this? I am able to retract my forskin over my end whilst my penis is not erect, but not when it's erect. What do you suggest i do?
