You know, women love to see, touch and kiss ( in some cases) the head of the penis. This is why your girfriend is complaining, I think, because she wants access to the head and cannot get it. So what is fine for you maybe is not fine for her. And 99% of women are going to feel frustrated not to be able to get at your penis head and play with it.

You have to talk about this with her, I suggest. You can have a partial circumcision and it will totally cure the problem, allowing your penis head to be seen in all it's "glory". Also, it will keep clean and odour free automatically.
