Penis size

Hi, I am 20 and my penis is only 4 3/4 inch long when erect with a diameter of 4 inches. when flaccid it is only about 1 inch long and a radius of about 1 1/2 inches. please could any one tell me if they have the same size roughly or if it is normal or not. i am on some medication for arthritis but i dont know if thats affected it or not. Thanks
