Consultants willing to carry out partial circs

Hi guys,

I've had a phimotic ring for around 4 years now, and being a typical guy I was too embarrassed to see a doctor about it until last year. When I eventually swallowed my pride and went to see my GP, he referred me to a Urologist in Newcastle upon Tyne.

It would appear that this particular Urologist is from the old school because after examining me he recommended a full circumcision and when I raised the possibility of a partial circumcision he said that it wasn't possible. I've read a lot of documentation about phimotic rings and LSA, and I'm happy that there's nothing strange or complicated about my case so I'm a bit upset about the whole thing. I refused his advice and told him that I'd rather live with it than lose my foreskin.

Therefore, can anyone give me the names of Urologists in Northern England (either NHS or private - I really don't care, I just want to get this sorted out!) who could offer me a second opinion and hopefully offer to carry out a partial circumcision?
