how about steroidal creams?

betamethasone for phimosis? i see there are 2 kinds - 0.05% and 0.1% - which of these is better? most people seem to use the lower strength version, but would the full strength version be more efficient? are there any dangers with the higher strength - is that why people don't use it? what if you have quite extreme phimosis, where most of the glans cannot be exposed, does the cream still work? is it widely available - so many questions...
