As an answer to: Smegma written by Roger at 04 Oct 2000 02:21:18:
It is natural for smegma and dirt to collect under the foreskin of an uncircumcised penis. This can become rancid and smelly in short order, and it certainly is not liked by most women who come into contact with it. Leaving it where it accumulates also can promote unpleasant (and dangerous) infections. What to do about it? Pull the foreskin all the way back and wash under it often, at least once every day. Unless there is an infection or some other abnormal condition, this should keep the penis free from dirt and ready for appropriate use at any time. Good luck! RJK.
>As a child my foreskin did not pull back but now it does as a result i have developed small whitish lumps around the glands due to a build up of left over semen etc. Has any one heard of this and is it harmfull. Please respond as i am desperate to know.
