thanks for your reply - though i do wonder what exactly you mean by the outside. because the area that is on the outside when i retract the foreskin as far as it will go to reveal the phimotic ring, becomes the inside when i let it go again and then rests against the glans. i don't think i am just being stupid about this, but it does not seem to be "black and white" when referring to "inside and outside". would you care to clarify this for me...

The key words here are a VERY SMALL and OUTSIDE and only on the tight place. This isn't like putting moisturizer on your hands or body.
