betamethasone experiences?

So far the only person on the board who have successfully tried "betamethasone .05% " is Nick. Are there any more people who have tried and want to share their experience (successful or not)?

From other medical sources I've found that pastes of this kind have the side effect of thining your skin - so applying too much on the tender and possibly already-thin foreskin obviously isn't a good idea. So how much is adequate?
