Phimosis and sensitivity

Help! I've got phimosis I think, my foreskin retracts fully when my dick is flaccid, but only retracts a little bit when I'm erect. But the glans is really, really sensitive, how would I masturbate if I had a circumsion? I can see how it could work with sex, with the lubrication, but ouch!, the idea of masturbating with my hand and my bare non-covered head thats gotta hurt, yes?

Or does everybody else touch there glans during masturbation?
