Don't be reluctant to show your problem to a doctor. He/she probably can determine what your problem is by looking at your foreskin when the penis is flaccid, won't need to see it totally erect to diagnose the difficulty. The doctor may be able to end the problem with a short dorsal slit which should cause you minimal pain & trauma & should heal in a hurry. The spraying of urine when your foreskin is pulled back may well be a result of the tight skin pulling the opening out of shape so it distorts the flow. In any case the
first problem appears to be the unretractible foreskin, and when you solve that you may find the other problem has gone away. You can tell the doctor about it, of course, when you are telling him/her about the difficulty in retracting. You shouldn't delay in getting something as easily solved as this fixed as soon as possible. Good luck! RJK.
>I am a 28 year old male and I have never been able to retract my foreskin when errect (beyond half way). I can do it fine when limp, but it is painful and impossible during errection. Despite months of forceful and repeated attempts to stretch it when errect, it makes no difference.
>The thing is - I don't mid seeing a doctor but what if he can't help me unless I show him what the problem is? I mean, surely he can't expect me to get an errection in front of him!? Will he just take my word for it? I am VERY worried that he won't treat me unless I show him the problem.
>Also - I think that the head of my penis must be slightly deformed because I cannot urinate straight when I roll my foreskin back - it literally sprays in about 4 different directions and I get real messy!
