I used a cream and it did help. However it did thin the skin alot and eventually I went in for circumcision (had the op only a week ago on NHS, and not a problem - so far). The consultant commentated on the thinness of the skin and after the op said that I bled alot due to this cream and him having to stitch it. Wish now I'd just had the op done a year ago instead of using the cream.
