Sounds as if you're just at the small end of average, with nothing to worry about as long as you can perform successfully, i.e. to the satisfaction of youraself and your partner. It doesn't seem likely that your arthritis prescription would reduce penile size although your physician could tell you more about this than I can, with more knowledge. Best wishes, RJK.
