Dorsal Slit and Frenuloplasty

I had these operations 5 days ago. Around some of the stitches I have been getting a slight white discharge and it is very sore and sensitive. Where there is no discharge the skin is not so sore. Does any one know if this is normal or if I'm getting an infection?
