20 yr old, with phimosis....help

Dear Robin and forum members,

I am a 2o yr old lad and have just concluded today that i suffer from phimosis. I only learnt of this condition today after running a search on 'tight foreskin' on the net.

I want to keep in tact and have read up on the streaching method. I have found that the info available is very brief. Is there any one here that can possibly point to more info, or even advise me. I live in London and would be willing to phone people (if you think you can help in any way whatsoever).
