I am able to have normal sex, and do, nut it sometimes tears the ring and I was wondering if that was going to cause further complications. I want to take the time to make an informed decision that I am comfortable with, but at the same time I don't want to damage things any further. Sex is not painful and I use a condom, however after a while of frequent sex iice that it does become pretty torn and somewhat painful. Thank-you for your help.
