I was prescribed the same cream last week ( canesten HC on tuesday ). i was told to apply twice a day ( all of underside of foreskin AND over the glans ) and i noticed results in two days although there's still long way to go. 5 days down the line has seen a 50% improvement. i was told to use the cream for two weeks.
