i was prescribed the same cream ( canesten hc ) last tuesday. i was told to apply twice a day, all over the " ring ", all over the underside of my foreskin AND over the glans. i noticed definate results after about 3 days and 5 days on the condition is 50% better. i was told to use it for two weeks but i've now stopped putting too much on the foreskin and none on the glans .... just concentrating on the " ring " which has softened right up and is dissapearing but forseskin is still tight during half erection.
