Phimosis + Bias Doctors

I'm 19 and I found out i had "tight foreskin" (as the doctor puts it) about a year ago. I tried to explain to my doctor that I don't want a circumcision but he keeps insisting that there is nothing much that will cure my case (my foreskin is so tight that I can barely see the urethral opening). After getting him to try corticosteriods he told me to use Elocom Lotion (mometasone) instead of betamethasone...i was already prescribed it for something else. No luck.

Does any kind soul out there know of any doctors (urologists or otherwise) i can be referred to in the VANCOUVER, CANADA area that will provide alternative phimosis treatments? Please???

Thanks and good luck to you all. By the way, what is the success rate for using betamethasone? dorsal slits (which, by the way, my doctor says wouldn't do much good to me either)? any other surgical options?

does anybody have phimosis to the same severity as mine? anybody with success stories?
