Tight Frenulum

Hi, I have a tight, short and thick frenulum. When I retract my foreskin I feel pain and discomfort. I'm 22 and am scared of getting into a relationship because of fear of painful sex. I also find masturbating difficult and can't get an orgasm easily. I feel frustrated.
