Mat, you need to go to a doctor (preferably, but not necessarily a urlogist) as soon as possible to get advice & have the remedial work done. If it's just a short, tight frenulum it should be possible to correct things in a matter of minutes. If you're embarrassed at the idea of having it loooked at, don't be. It's something that's easily remedied and will improve the quality of your life immensely. If the doctor wants you to be circumcised & you don't want it, just say "NO" loud & clear. A foreskin that is easily retracted without pain can be kept clean and free of infections as a rule. Because you can have this problem corrected quickly ands easily, there's no reason for delay. Good luck! RJK.
>>Hi, I have a tight, short and thick frenulum. When I retract my foreskin I feel pain and discomfort. I'm 22 and am scared of getting into a relationship because of fear of painful sex. I also find masturbating difficult and can't get an orgasm easily. I feel frustrated. Please advise.
