Matt, I'm 34 years old, my foreskin is very loose and retracts easily (my father always made my brothers and I stretch our hoods while we were growing up). I often pull my foreskin forward while I'm masturbating and ejaculate inside the foreskin. It gives me a much more intense orgasm and I love the sensation of the semen between my foreskin and my head and shaft. As far as stretching, the first time my father showed me, he used his fingers to stretch it sideways and then inserted a finger inside and pulled it further. Hope this helps.
